Filing Location: The filing location for Form I-907 depends on the specific form you are requesting premium processing for. Whether it’s Form I-129, Form I-140, Form I-765, or Form I-539, ensure you file at the correct address.

Filing Fee: The premium processing fee varies based on the type of form and classification.

For example:

$2,500 for Form I-129 requests E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-3, L, O, P, Q, or TN nonimmigrant classification.
$1,500 for Form I-765 with eligibility category (C)(3)(A), (C)(3)(B), or (C)(3)(C).
