Indian Visa Outsourcing Firm Faces Allegations of E-Residency Breach in Estonia

BLS International, an Indian company operating in the visa outsourcing sector, is under scrutiny for allegedly breaching Estonia’s e-residency mandate. Estonia’s Ministry of Interiors awarded the e-residency mandate to issue documents via a third-party partner, BLS International Services Limited. However, the Estonia Police and Border Guard Board (PPA) discovered significant breaches involving the unauthorized issuance of documents in locations such as Bangkok. The Ministry of the Interior has terminated its contract with BLS International due to these breaches. The matter is currently under legal proceedings, and BLS International has taken disciplinary action against errant employees.
