As of January 31, 2024, the Department of Labor (DOL) is actively engaged in the analyst review process for PERM applications filed in January 2023 or earlier. Additionally, the department is diligently processing audited cases, prioritizing those with December 2022 or earlier priority dates. Standard reconsideration requests filed up to March 2023 are also under active consideration.
In terms of Prevailing Wage Determinations (PWDs), as of the same date, DOL is currently issuing PWDs for PERM prevailing wage requests submitted in July 2023 (OES) and February 2023 (non-OES). For H-1B prevailing wage requests, the department is processing those filed in August 2023 (OES) and April 2023 (non-OES). Furthermore, redeterminations for PERM prevailing wages requested in June 2023 and H-1B prevailing wages requested in August 2023 are in progress. However, PERM Center Director reviews requested in October 2023 are still pending.
