USCIS Introduces Updated Forms Effective April 1, 2024

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced significant updates to several key forms, including Form I-929, Form I-360, Form N-600, Form I-290B, Form I-912, Form I-910, Form N-600K, Form I-907, Form I-212, and Form I-905. These updates will take effect from April 1, 2024.

Starting June 3, 2024, USCIS will only accept submissions using the new editions of these forms. However, until that date, applicants have the option to use the prior editions. It’s important to note that the new filing fee will be applicable for submissions postmarked on or after April 1, 2024.

Applicants can easily identify the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and its corresponding instructions. These updates align with USCIS’s commitment to enhancing efficiency and ensuring accuracy in immigration procedures, reflecting the agency’s ongoing efforts to streamline processes and provide better services to applicants.
