FY 2026 H-1B Cap Registration Opens March 7

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that the registration window for the fiscal year 2026 H-1B cap will open at noon Eastern Time on March 7, 2025 and close at noon Eastern Time on March 24, 2025. During this period, applicants and their representatives must register each beneficiary electronically through a USCIS online account and pay the required registration fee for each individual.
