By using this Imagility student app, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions prescribed in this privacy policy. If you find the terms and conditions of the Policy unacceptable, you are kindly requested not to use the app. Imagility is concerned about the privacy of the data and information of the users accessing the app.

Imagility will not distinguish between users accessing the app from the same device as long as the login/access credentials match with users. (e) you agree to indemnify and not to cause any trouble to Imagility, its officers, agents, and any third party relying on your information in case of a breach of this policy.

Imagility guarantees to every user that:

(b) Sensitive personal data will not be retained longer than necessary or permitted by law;
