Two powerful features on the Imagility Immigration Platform are powered by OCR technology.
- Bulk Upload: During bulk upload, beneficiary documents are parsed using OCR technology. At the end of this process, data from beneficiary documents are extracted and auto populated into templates saving hours of manual work.
- Immigration Wizard: During petition building through the Immigration Wizard, OCR technology powers real-time data extraction from beneficiary documents and auto population of form fields.
OCR in Bulk Upload Process
1. Reads multiple beneficiary documents from a Google Drive path.
2. Parses multiple beneficiary documents and auto-populates relevant template columns.
3. Templates are auto populated with extracted data from beneficiary documents in minutes
4. Upload auto populated templates to create multiple petitions in minutes.
OCR in Immigration Wizard
1. Individual details step during petition building (through Wizard) is powered by OCR technology.
2. Attorney/petitioner need to first upload beneficiary/individual documents here.
3. Once uploaded, user clicks on Extract Data to begin the process of data extraction from the uploaded documents.
