USCIS Potomac Service Center Goes Digital: Paper Responses No Longer Accepted

USCIS Potomac Service Center Shifts Operations: Paper Responses Discontinued in Move to New Facility

Effective August 21, 2023, the Potomac Service Center (PSC) has initiated its relocation to a new facility in Camp Springs, MD. Consequently, the center will no longer accept paper responses, including Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), Intents to Deny (ITD), Requests for Evidence (RFE), or supporting documentation for ongoing filings at the PSC.

Starting November 13, 2023, the PSC will cease the acceptance of mailed correspondence. All correspondence intended for cases processed by the PSC must be directed to the Texas Service Center (TSC), unless otherwise specified.

To ensure smooth processing and prevent delays, applicants and their representatives are encouraged to upload their responses to their USCIS online accounts (for receipt notices starting with IOE-) or mail them to the Texas Service Center at:

USCIS Texas Service Center
Attn: Digital RFE
6046 N Belt Line Rd. STE 114
Irving, TX 75038

The USCIS strongly advises the use of online account self-service tools for uploading responses in all online cases
