The registration period for the Fiscal Year 2025 H-1B cap is set to close at noon Eastern Time on March 22, 2024. During this window, prospective petitioners and their legal representatives are required to utilize a USCIS online account to electronically register each beneficiary for the selection process and submit the associated registration fee. Additionally, USCIS has made Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, for H-1B petitions, and Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, accessible in online accounts.
