USCIS Offers Filing Tips for Venezuela TPS Extension and Redesignation

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officially declared the extension and redesignation of Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) on September 20, 2023. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is now providing crucial filing tips for beneficiaries of the Venezuela 2021 TPS designation who need to re-register and extend their TPS for an additional 18 months.
