USCIS emphasizes the discontinuation of prepaid mailers for H-1B and H-1B1 filings, with notifications now being sent electronically or through traditional mail.
Additionally, USCIS addresses potential delays in receipt notices for filed petitions, advising petitioners not to submit multiple petitions for the same beneficiary if there is a delay in receiving the Form I-797 confirmation.
