AILA’s first conference in years dedicated exclusively to H-1Bs is being held at the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs on Friday, Oct 21. The 2022 AILA PERM CONFERENCE is also scheduled for the same date and venue.

At the 2022 AILA H-1B CONFERENCE, nationally recognized panelists will discuss the latest H-1B hot topics and provide expert guidance on the complex issues facing practitioners in 2022 and beyond. Topics to be covered include difficult Requests for Evidence (RFEs), addressing post-pandemic work conditions, worksite enforcement, and preparing for a potential economic downturn. The conference begins on the evening of Friday, October 21, and continues with a full day of sessions on Saturday, October 22.

The 2022 AILA PERM CONFERENCE covers changes to the way businesses run in the post COVID era and the movement toward remote work and virtual offices. PERM practices have had to adjust to navigate these new realities. At this one-day conference, held at the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, panelists will share their expertise and insights from years of PERM practice. They will discuss the current state of affairs, suggest best practices, and offer guidance which will allow you to master the PERM process.

At the conclusion of the conference, a networking happy hour will be held in conjunction with the H-1B Conference.
